The apartment is highly recommended. Great location near the Dubai Mall within a twenty-meter walking distance. The apartment is large, two large bedrooms and a small children's room. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and dishwasher. There are three bathrooms and a washing machine. The apartment is clean and tidy and everything we asked the staff for was answered immediately. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay.
I will be honest that I became skeptical at first. It is not your typical Hotel Check-in but when they showed us the apartment we were at awe because it was more than I expected. I was just thinking of a studio apartment with a small kitchen but they gave was a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 and a half BR and a kitchen. Clean and spacious. Staff is very responsive whenever I needed something. They are just one text away and they made sure to deal with the situation asap. I really appreciate that. And this place is just across Dubai mall by entering the Address Hotel (just infront of this establishment). A mini mart for some small items that you need are just downstairs. Free parking. Would highly recommend. I did my booking thru hotels.com
4.5 STAR. AMAZING APARTMENTS!! I was worried after reading some bad reviews. But honestly it was great !! Stay dates: Mid Nov 2025 1. Location: 5 star ( 5min walk to dubai mall- shortcut via entering a building) 2. Cleanliness: 5 star ( but they don't clean it daily. Cleaning is additional chargable service so -0.5) 3. Customer service/ basic requirement: 5 star . They provide basic amenities when we ask for 4. Apartment: 5 star . Spacious, well equipped with kithen amenities. 5. View: 4.5 star depending on the site of your apartment. 6. Safety : 5 star 7. Pool : 4.5 star 8. Accessibility: 5 star, Super market just adjacent SCOPE.OF IMPROVEMENT: Early check-in . I reached at the venue 1.5 hour before but I had informed them. But they didn't give early checkin. I had to wait in lobby after a tiring travel. Gave access to room at exact checkin time
I stayed at heaven crest vacation homes dunya tower for 8 days from September 4th through September 12th. It was so beautiful. Everything was very clean and the staff was as friendly as can be. I seen many reviews that people complained about this place, but listen there is nothing whatsoever to complain. My place had a living room/ dining room, 1 and 1/2 bathroom. Kitchen with washing machine and all you need, bedroom and 2 balconies. I wish I could post my video that I took from there and you could see how beautiful heaven crest vacation homes is. Dubai mall across and Susan's bakery next door. If I ever visit dubai again I sure will stay at the same place.
Dishonest advertising on room configuration. Expedia advertising 3bedroom units with balcony + 2king and 1 single bed, but unit assigned didn’t have balcony, it only had 2 queen bed and a single bed. Poorly maintained rooms, my stay was in unit 17-04, toilet ceiling was leaking for 5 days of 11 days stay. Maintenance worked 4 days / attempts to solve the leak. Everybody need to bug management to fix issue. House keeping is chargeable and Rude management staff
What an awesome place, located just across the street from one of the Dubai's most popular destination "Dubai Mall " we stayed in apartments 905 with full kitchen, two bathrooms and a shower, fully furnished living room, our bedroom had king bed and very comfy sofa bed, place was spotless clean and unlike some other hotels, everything works the way it supposed to. I will definitely try to book this same place if available on my next Dubai visit, I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it.

Super clean 🧼, super cozy 🛏️, and I felt really safe even though I was alone 🙌. It was so quiet and chill 🌿 — exactly what I needed. The whole vibe was just ✨good energy✨. Literally no complaints. Nothing but love 💛 for Heaven Crest. ~~~i booked the family studio❤️❤️❤️ Don’t doubt it — just book it! You won’t regret it. 🫶
